Six years of constant touring, writing, using, and abusing have made them who they are today. They don’t tell their story through dull band biographies. Yes, the band played numerous live shows worldwide, won a few fancy-sounding awards, and shared the stage with artists they admired since picking up their instruments. But this is not the story Mother’s Cake want you to know. Their chapters are written on stage, where they absorb and release energy. Drenched in sweat and booze, the border between stage and crowd becomes fluid. They see themselves as more than just any live band. People join their shows to plunge into musical rage.
